User Data Deletion Instructions

At Creators Passport, we strictly honor your right to privacy and total data ownership in full compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Art. 17), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and official Meta Platform Developer Policies.

You may choose to revoke individual social platform connections (Instagram, YouTube, X, Twitch) at any time or request the permanent erasure of your entire creator passport profile, associated analytics, and stored credentials.

The fastest way to purge social connections is directly from your authenticated dashboard:

1. Log in to your dashboard at creatorspassport.com/dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Social Accounts & Stats section.
3. Click the Disconnect button next to the connected platform (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, X).
4. Our system immediately drops the OAuth token from our database, halting all future metric synchronization.

You can also unilaterally revoke Creators Passport's access from your Facebook or Instagram security portal:

1. Log in to your Facebook or Meta Accounts Center.
2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
3. In the left-hand navigation, click Apps and Websites.
4. Locate CreatorsPassport (App ID: 1803588017331006).
5. Click Remove to instantly invalidate all granted permissions and tokens.

Once revoked via Meta, our servers receive an automated deauthorization ping and delete all cached access tokens.

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, our compliance team processes the complete purge across all databases within 24 to 48 hours.
