How paying for Creators Passport works.

- Plans are paid once and never renew by themselves.
- Payments are not refunded, except for payment errors.

01Cancellation
Pro and Elite are paid once, for a month or a year. Nothing renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel. Your plan simply runs to its end date and your passport then moves back to Free.
02Refunds
Payments are not refunded, including when a plan is only partly used. If you were charged twice, or charged without your plan switching on, email support@creatorspassport.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we will refund you in full to the way you paid.
03Delivery
Creators Passport is an online service and nothing is shipped. Your plan switches on as soon as your payment is confirmed. Exclusive drops are sold by the creator; see our Terms of Service.
