Privacy Commitment & Architecture
At Creators Passport, privacy is built directly into our product architecture. We verify creator achievements and social reach without compromising your personal security.
Our Core Privacy Principles:
- We NEVER sell, rent, or monetize your personal information or connected platform tokens to third-party data brokers.
- We only request minimal read-only OAuth scopes necessary to display verified public follower and subscriber counts.
- Connected account credentials and tokens are securely stored with restricted service-level access controls and encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS.
Information We Collect
When you create an account and configure your creator passport, we collect the following categories of data:
- Account Information: Email address, encrypted authentication credentials (managed securely via Supabase Auth), registered creator handle, avatar, bio, and chosen theme accent.
- Public Creator Metrics: Follower and subscriber counts, channel view figures, and verified platform badges retrieved via official developer APIs.
- Profile Customizations: Custom links, collaboration rate cards, showcase hits, and spotlight drop countdown schedules you enter in your dashboard.
- Usage Telemetry: Aggregate page views and link clicks on your public passport card to display your personal analytics dashboard.
OAuth 2.0 Social Connections
When you link social accounts to your passport, we use standard OAuth 2.0 authorization grants. We request read-only permissions strictly necessary for audience count verification:

Google & YouTube Data Compliance
Creators Passport complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements:
- We do NOT use Google/YouTube user data for generalized AI model training.
- We do NOT transfer Google user data to data brokers or advertising networks.
- You can revoke Creators Passport's access at any time via your Google Security Settings .
How We Use & Process Data
We process your data strictly to provide and maintain the Creators Passport platform:
- To render and host your public passport card and Brand Room.
- To refresh and display verified follower counts on your profile.
- To aggregate page views and click counts for your personal dashboard analytics.
- To securely deliver brand collaboration inquiries submitted on your passport card.
Public Passport Visibility
By design, your Creators Passport profile (located at creatorspassport.com/username) is a public web page intended to be shared with your audience, sponsors, and brand partners.
You control what information is displayed on your card, including which social metrics, links, and rates are made visible.
Data Retention & Disconnection
We retain your account profile data as long as your account remains active. If you disconnect an individual social platform, its associated access tokens are permanently deleted from our database.
Your Privacy Rights
You maintain complete control over your personal data:
Update your display name, handle, bio, links, and rates at any time in your dashboard.
Disconnect any connected social account whenever you choose.
Request permanent deletion of your profile, account, and analytics records.
Access and transfer your profile information whenever needed.

You can request complete account and data erasure by emailing our support team at support@creatorspassport.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
