Creators Passport handles identify your public creator passport. All handles are subject to reasonable conduct standards:

• Trademark & Impersonation: You may not reserve or squat on handles corresponding to recognized trademarks, public figures, or entities you do not represent. Handles infringing trademark rights or engaging in malicious deception may be reclaimed or reassigned.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.

You retain 100% ownership of all content, graphics, videos, brand assets, logos, and links you display on your public passport card.

By publishing your passport, you grant Creators Passport a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, render, format, and display your public profile cards across our platform so your visitors and potential brand partners can view them. We never claim ownership over your creative output.

Creators Passport integrates with official third-party platform APIs to display verified audience reach (including follower counts and subscriber figures). Connecting these accounts requires adherence to their respective developer terms:

Creators Passport provides free creator features alongside premium recurring subscription tiers:

• Pro Creator: Billed at ₹499/month (or ₹4,491/year), unlocking full API sync, verified checkmark, and Brand Room media kits.
• Elite Creator: Billed at ₹999/month (or ₹6,114/year), unlocking gold verified checkmark, talent marketplace placement, and advanced custom drawers.
• Secure Processing: Payments are processed via industry-standard gateways (Razorpay Payment Gateway). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by the creator through their dashboard settings.

Creators Passport provides communication and display tools for creators to present commercial rate cards and receive direct brand collaboration inquiries.

You agree to use Creators Passport in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree NOT to upload, link to, or distribute:

• Non-consensual imagery, sexually explicit adult content, or illegal materials.
• Hate speech, harassment, doxxing, defamation, or violent threats.
• Malware, phishing campaigns, deceptive scams, or fraudulent commercial schemes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CREATORS PASSPORT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATORS PASSPORT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You may request deactivation or deletion of your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or abuse platform systems.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable governing laws. In the event of any dispute, parties agree to first attempt good-faith informal resolution before seeking formal legal remedies.
